Paul Petro

I am a seventh-generation Hoosier and can trace my family roots in Indiana back to the 1850s. I was a musician during high school and college and still play for fun.

Since graduating law school in 2009, I have worked exclusively for individual people and small companies. After almost a decade running my solo law practice, I joined efforts with Angela and her team in 2025. My experience includes hundreds of cases as lead counsel across Indiana, including successful appeals in front of the Court of Appeals and Indiana Supreme Court. These cases covered a wide range from personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, criminal defense, business and contract disputes, family/divorce matters, and even some civil rights violations. Through the Southern District of Indiana, I have also represented pro bono clients concerning inmate abuse and prison conditions.

My litigation philosophy keeps the end goal in focus and is based on a close personal bond with each person I work with. Lawyers are called ‘counselor’ for a reason.
